Thanks for shopping with Carnivore Club. We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here is everything you need to know about how and when your products ship.
Order Processing and Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. Once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking details so you can follow it to your door. Because our cured meats, jerky, and charcuterie are shelf-stable, they travel well and arrive ready to enjoy. No refrigeration required.
Preorders
From time to time we offer preorders on select products, including new arrivals and small-batch items from our Canadian artisan partners. Preorder items ship as soon as they become available. If you order a preorder item alongside in-stock products, your order may ship together once everything is ready. We will always communicate updates, timelines, and any changes as soon as we have them, so you are never left guessing.
Subscription Box Shipping
Our subscription boxes (Classic, Snack, and Complete) follow a monthly shipping schedule. These boxes ship once per month, within the first five days of the month. This applies to every subscription box order, whether you sign up for an ongoing subscription or purchase a single box. If you place your order after a given month's shipping window, your box will go out during the first five days of the following month.
