Established by a duo of two young Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) graduates, Les Charcutiers Pork Shop specializes in cured meat artistry, with their top priority being the quality of their products and source of their ingredients. Ground in-house, their Certified Animal Welfare products have no added fat and are made from 100% pork shoulder. With their growing network of delicatessens, bars, and restaurants that distribute their deli meats, Les Charcutiers Pork Shop has begun to cross the Quebec border to reach consumers across Canada.
